REMOTE QUOTATIONS

We are able to quote for many installations remotely and have set out the guidance below in order to help our customers with the process.

Information we need from you:

Doors

​

A photograph of your current door(s), taken from the outside, which shows the brickwork around the door(s).

​

Details of the replacement you are looking for - like for like replacement, or any design changes (if you are interested in having a Rock Door installed, we are able to send you a Rock Door brochure or you can visit their website at www.rockdoor.com). Please remember to let us know details of colours and furniture options (letterbox, house number etc. and colour of furniture).

Windows

A photograph of each side of the house showing the windows you would like replacing ie. Full photograph of the front, sides and rear of your property. We do not require individual photographs of the windows.

Details of the replacement you are looking for - like for like replacements or any design changes - for example you may wish to change which sashes open, or may like Leaded glass or Georgian Bar glass changing to plain glass. If you currently have white windows which you would like to change for another colour please advise us of this.

Once you have sent these details through to us, along with your address and contact details we can then put a remote quotation together for you. If we do require any further details we will contact you to clarify these.

Remote quotation prices are subject to survey, however from experience these tend to be accurate. If you receive your quotation and then are happy to proceed we will arrange an appointment for a final survey, where all measurements and requirements will be checked prior to order.

*Please note - we are unable to carry out remote quotations for replacement Fascias, Soffits and Guttering. Please contact us to arrange a quotation appointment for this.
